As a condition to using Services, you may be required to register with Site and select a password and profile name and become a member ("Member"). You shall provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information, including your e-mail address. You may not (a) select or use as a profile name a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; or (b) use as a profile name a name subject to any rights of a person other than your's without appropriate authorization. MSS reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a profile name in its discretion. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You are solely responsible for any use of or action taken under your password and accepts full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account and agree to and hereby releases the Site and MSS from any and all liability concerning such activity. You agree to notify MSS immediately of any actual or suspected loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your account or password.

As a user or member of the Site, you agree to the following:

1. Your account is for your personal and individual use only. You may not authorize others to use your account, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that MSS is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your user names and passwords.

3. 5. You assume all risk when using the Site, including but not limited to all of the risks associated with any online or offline interactions with others. You understand that Guplu.com makes no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding the validity of user posted content and authenticity of the user.
6. You will promptly report to Guplu.com any violation of the TOU by others, including but not limited to, Registered Users.
7. Guplu.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the information or material you submit to the Site or post in the public areas of the Site. Guplu.com will have the right to remove any such information or material that in its sole opinion violates, or may violate, any applicable law or either the letter or spirit of this TOU or upon the request of any third party.
8. You will not advertise or solicit any user to buy or sell any products or services through the Site. You may not transmit any chain letters, junk or spam e-mail to other users. Further, you will not use any information obtained from the Site in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any user. If you breach the terms of this subsection and send or post unsolicited bulk email, "spam" or other unsolicited communications of any kind through the Site
9. As a Member of the Site, you will create only one unique profile. In addition, your use of the Site must be for bona fide relationship-seeking purposes in order to maintain the integrity of the Site.

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the TOU, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content:
